For GrabRewards redemption that involves delivery, we require you to fill in your information and delivery address via provided Google Form. If you haven't done so, we are unable to process your order.
Go to your purchase by tapping My Rewards under GrabRewards.
Tap View all to view all the terms and conditions.
Follow the instructions in the Terms & Conditions. We can only process your order after you submit the form.
The redeemed item may have been incorrectly sent or damaged during delivery.
To ensure prompt replacement resolution, do provide us with the image of the item and we will replace the item for you.
