When the driver has picked up the parcel and the trip is already in-transit, our application will not have the option to change the initial destination that you indicated.
When a driver changes his route to go to a new destination, his earnings will greatly be affected, or worse, his goal incentive maybe forfeited for not following the exact location indicated in the app.
We also want to avoid such actions for safety and security and for correct tracking and recording of rides.
If you really need to change your destination, and we do not have an option to cancel while the driver is in transit, we highly recommend calling the driver. Advise the driver that you need to change the address of the recipient and ask him to go back to the pickup point to return the parcel.
Once the driver has returned the package, the trip should be tagged as completed and you will have to pay the driver in full. Kindly book again with the correct address.
