This depends on how you added the employees into the Grab for Business account previously.
If you added them by bulk upload:
- Under the column "Groups" in the bulk upload CSV template, enter the Employee Groups that each employee belongs to.
If you added them Manually:
- You can set which Employee Groups the employee belong to in the Add Employee section.
Each employee can be in multiple Employee Groups. The default Employee Group is General and it includes all employees.
