Passengers are only required to pay the fixed fare amount reflected on the App plus applicable *toll fees.
Overcharging passengers for the reason of distance is a serious violation and we have stringent disciplinary measures up to termination, for drivers who repeatedly fail our service standards.
*Please note that toll fees are not part of the fare shown on the App and must be paid separately at the toll booth. Your destination may require passing through highways with tolls so please coordinate with your driver on your route and corresponding toll fees to prepare beforehand.
