If the application suddenly stops after you cancel the order, no need to worry, your request has been received and you can re-create a new order.
Please follow these steps to double check:
- Close the app
- Check your internet connectivity (see here for the guidelines)
- Open the app, select History
- Tap on "Order" on the right
If there is a "Canceled" mark, you can create a new order.
If there is an "In Progress" mark, you can contact the driver that you need to cancel the order before they go to buy your order.
