If you forgot to pay the driver (i.e. a cash booking but cash is not paid) and you are unable to contact the driver anymore to settle the unpaid amount, please be informed of the possible methods of how you will be charged for the amount.
- If you have sufficient GrabPay Credits, it will be deducted from your available balance.
- If you have a credit/debit card saved in your account, the amount will be charged to your card.
- As a last resort, you need to transfer the amount to our Grab bank account MYTAXI.PH Inc. - 000380227290. Once the amount is deposited, please provide us a copy of the deposit slip with the booking details by sending it to email@example.com.
