Whenever a booking with a promo code is canceled, the promo code remains active so it can still be used for future bookings (provided that the promotion hasn't expired yet). Please check your Notifications page to see the actual code and its applicable terms.
When a booking with a GrabRewards discount gets canceled or there is no available driver to accept the booking, the GrabRewards discount is reinstated to the passenger's account.
To access the same discount, please go to the App's GrabRewards page and click on My Rewards.
To use the discount on your next booking, tap on Use Now and it will bring you to the booking screen where your discount will be reflected with a tick. If it’s not showing, please restart your Grab App.
