Please make sure to check the Terms and Conditions of each promotion first before availing. You will see an error message that you can’t use a promo code if:
- you are not eligible for the promotion
- your mobile number is different from the one tagged to the promo
- the promotion has ended
- the promo code was entered incorrectly
- the promo code has been fully redeemed
- you did not meet the Terms and Conditions of the promotion
If you are a passenger awarded with the Senior Citizen, PWD or Student discount code, please take note that your special discount code is locked to your Grab-registered phone number and using it on another device with a different number will trigger an error.
