After completing the trip, we will automatically ask for your assessment of the driver. You can not provide an assessment to the driver for a trip that has passed from 7 days.
Here are the steps to rate (rating) from the History menu:
- Tap 'Menu'
- Select 'History'
- Select a trip to be rated
- Give stars according to rating
= VERY BAD
- Press 'Send'
The star rating system helps Grab keep a high standard of service that we can all be proud of. It also helps us keep track of passenger satisfaction and maintain high partner quality.
Currently, your rating of the driver is fixed after your submission and cannot be changed.
