Passengers are only required to pay the fixed fare amount reflected on the App plus applicable *toll fees.
*Please note that toll fees are not part of the fare shown on the App and must be paid separately at the toll booth. Your destination may require passing through highways with tolls so please coordinate with your driver on your route and corresponding toll fees to prepare beforehand.
If you used a promotional or GrabRewards discount, the original fare will be crossed out and the discounted fare will show.
Please note that the variable Booking Fee and the Metered Fare are two separate amounts and will be added at the end of the trip and the sum will be the final fare.
Please note that the metered fare quoted for a GrabTaxi is an estimate and does not include the booking fee. Factors such as traffic or weather conditions (which affect the travel time) will still be detected by the meter system installed in the vehicle which determines the final fare amount upon arrival at your destination.
