In the History section, when a trip is cancelled by you or the driver, it will show the Cancelled status and you will not be charged for the ride.
Promotion code / GrabRewards discounted on the cancelled carriage, if any, is still valid. The discounted GrabRewards discount will be included in the GrabRewards My Deals section for next trip.
Select the icon , in the History section of the Grab application, if the car has cancelled status, the charge will also be cancelled and not charged.
If the vehicle status is not displayed as Cancelled and you have not actually travelled on this trip, you can try checking with a relative, friend, or colleague who may be using your Grab application to book a car.
After checking in the History section to see if the car is in a Cancelled state or not, as well as if you think you have been charged a GrabPay / GrabRewards / promotional code for a no-ride, please notify us for timely assistance.
