The best way to help improve the security and quality of service is to assess your driver as soon as the trip is over.
Here are the steps to rate (rating) from the History menu:
- Tap 'Menu'
- Select 'History'
- Select a trip to be rated
- Give stars according to rating
= VERY BAD
= VERY GOOD
- Press 'Send'
The star rating system helps Grab keep a high standard of service that we can all be proud of. It also helps us keep track of passenger satisfaction and maintain high partner quality.
Currently, your rating of the driver is fixed after your submission and cannot be changed.
Let us know, even after you have rated your driver if your driver's vehicle was not as expected.
