Change in operating hours, public holiday or going on a holiday? You can update your menu hours or temporarily pause your store in 3 steps.
Contact your store supervisor for the merchant portal login details.
1. Log in to the Merchant Portal
2. Under Business Hours, go to
- Menu Hours to update the operating hours, or
- Special/Closures Hours to
- You will receive orders only during opening hours.
- Enter the correct opening hours to so that you will not receive any order when your restaurant is closed.
- You will NOT receive orders when Closed for the day is selected
Use the Pause Store option if you are receiving too many orders or if you need to step away temporary during operating hours.
You will need to indicate:
- Date and time when your restaurant will Re-open for Orders
- The reason for pausing your restaurant in Notes
Tap Save and you are done.
💡 Tip: Click Resume if you would like to start receiving orders earlier than the selected date/time.
Going for a holiday break or closing the restaurant for a special event? Just Create a Special Closure or Hours and enjoy your day off!
