The fastest way to retrieve a lost item is to provide a mobile number below so we can have the driver contact you directly if it is found, or call the driver directly if less than (insert Time) has passed.
If it has been less than (insert Time) since your trip ended, you can go to History, tap on the trip you left your item in, and call your driver. If the driver confirms that your item has been found, you can communicate with the driver to mutually agree on a time and place to meet. We appreciate your consideration of the driver's schedule as the driver may not be able to pick up other passengers to return your item.
Neither our driver partner nor Grab is responsible for any loss or damage to any of the items left in the car after a trip ends. We will do our best to help, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item can be found or delivered immediately. Food and perishable items will be thrown away after 24 hours.
If you are unable to contact your driver, let us know through a call or the form below.
