Can I use promo code for the 9 Grab rides that I need to complete?
Yes. Your ride with promo code or GrabReward discount will count towards the 9 rides. Ride completed with the $10 ride reward will count towards the 9 rides too.
Must I be a new user to Grab to enjoy the benefit?
No, you can enjoy this LiveUp benefit with your current Grab account if you register with the same phone number / email as LiveUp.
If you don’t have a Grab account yet, you can download the Grab app from the App store or Google Play and create a Grab account using the same phone number and email ID as LiveUp.
How do I redeem my Reward?
You will be credited with a $10 ride reward 1 to 2 working days after you have completed the 9th, 19th or 29th ride. The Reward will then appear in the “My Rewards” section of your Grab app.
Reward will be valid until 30th June 2018.
I am a LiveUp member, how do I link my Grab account to LiveUp?

I am a LiveUp member and I completed 9 Grab rides but still haven’t received the ride reward. What do I do?
If the ride reward is not shown in your My Rewards wallet 3 days after you completed the required number of rides, please let know through the form below and we will resolve it.
