As a company administrator, you can configure a number of settings to control how your employees input details in the app relating to a company trip. You can manage the following:
- Group Tag: Visible or hidden depending on whether you have created employee groups.
- Trip Code: Configure Trip Code field as optional, mandatory (free text field) or as a voucher code (validates if its a specific trip voucher code which is generated by administrator on the portal)
- Trip Description: Configure Trip Description field as optional, mandatory (free text field)
