Q: What is the difference between GrabShuttle Plus, GrabShuttle and GrabShare?
A: GrabShuttle Plus is a stop-to-stop (passengers walk to nearby stops) service with non-fixed routes using shuttles. GrabShuttle is a fixed route service. GrabShare is a door-to-door service using cars.
Q: What days does GrabShuttle Plus operate on?
A: Service hours are from 0600 to 2200hrs, every day including public holidays.
Q: What are the pick-up and drop-off points?
A: Generally, these are bus-stops, although we do add in high-demand points like commercial building driveways as well.
Q: Can I pay using GrabPay?
A: No. We accept only credit and debit card payment.
Q: Will I earn GrabRewards points?
A: No, unfortunately, we do not offer rewards point for GrabShuttle Plus rides.
Q: Can I use the same promo code for GrabShuttle Plus and GrabShuttle*?*
A: No, fare values are different between the 2 services, promo codes are unique between GrabShuttlePlus and GrabShuttle.
Q: How do I create a booking?
A: You can create bookings through the GrabShuttle Plus app. Simply enter your desired origin and destination, the number of passengers and booking date/time. Choose from the options that are listed (different timings and pick-up points near you). Book a guaranteed seat to a drop-off point near your destination. Please arrive at the pick-up point 5 minutes in advance.
Q: How do I book in advance?
A: Choose a date or time in advance. Bookings can be made on-demand up to 3 days in advance (excluding today).
Q: Can I book multiple seats or for other people?
A: Yes, simply choose up to 5 seats. Do note that all passengers in 1 booking need to travel at the same time and get picked up and dropped off at the same stops.
Q: Are children allowed on board the bus?
A: Yes. Children below 0.9m in height and do not require a separate seat are not required to pay. However, for you and your child's safety, every child who is unable to be secured by a safety device need to be held securely by an adult.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my bookings?
A: Cancellations fees will apply. You will only be refunded if no driver is allocated. For rides booked using a credit card, please allow 5 to 10 working days for payment to be reversed back into your statement. For rides booked using credit, a refund is done immediately and it will be automatically applied to your next ride booked.
Q: How will I know the bus is coming?
A: Nearer your pick-up time, you can track your bus real time on the map.
Q: Why am I not able to see the driver details?
A: Drivers details are visible only when the driver is en route to your location.
Q: Will the bus wait for me if I am late?
A: No. To ensure that all riders get to their destinations on time, all buses will strictly follow their schedules. Please be at the stop 5 mins prior to the stated timing.
Q: Will there be refunds if I miss my bus?
A: No refunds will be provided due to a missed bus or no-show.
Q: What if I would like to change my destination before boarding?
A: Please cancel the active booking and book another ride to the new destination.
Q: Why can't I find my stop?
A: GrabShuttle Plus might filter out stops to minimize ride length and amount of time a driver require to reach the stop. This is to optimize passenger ride experience.
Q: What happens when the bus does not turn up?
A: If the bus does not turn up, we will make a full refund for the trip. Please allow up to 1 month for the refund to be processed.
