A: No. We accept only credit and debit card payment.
Q: Will I earn GrabRewards points?
A: No, unfortunately, we do not offer rewards point for GrabShuttle rides. Your first 3 rides with us are free though!
Q: Can I use the same promo code for GrabShuttle and GrabShuttle Plus?
A: No, fare values are different between the 2 services, promo codes are unique between GrabShuttle and GrabShuttle Plus.
Q: Can I make an advance booking?
A: Yes. A trip may be booked up to a month in advance.
Q: Are children allowed on board the bus?
A: Yes. Children below 0.9m in height and do not require a separate seat are not required to pay. However, for you and your child's safety, every child who is unable to be secured by a safety device need to be held securely by an adult.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my bookings?
A: No. Cancellations and modifications are not allowed once a booking is confirmed.
Q: What if there are no routes suitable for me?
A: We can crowd start routes if there is sufficient demand so get your friends on board and suggest a route here (https://www.beeline.sg/suggest.html).
Q: Where is my route vehicle number?
A: Vehicle number can be seen on the booking page e-ticket on the day of the trip when the driver claims the route.
Q: Why are my route passes missing?
A: Route passes have a validity of 5 weeks from the date of purchase. Thereafter they will expire and no refunds will be made.
Q: Will the bus wait for me if I am late?
A: No. To ensure that all riders get to their destinations on time, all buses will strictly follow their schedules. Please be punctual.
Q: Can I get a refund if I miss my trip?
A: No. If you miss the bus, the ride is considered taken and no refunds will be provided.
Q: What happens when the bus does not turn up?
A: If the bus does not turn up, we will make a full refund for the trip. Please allow up to 1 month for the refund to be processed.
