Check that your email address is entered correctly on the profile page of Grab app. You will not receive verification email if you enter the wrong email address. If you entered a wrong email address, go back to your profile in the Grab app and change it.
The verification email is sent from email@example.com. Check your Junk/Spam mailbox if you do not see the email in your Inbox.
Email verification may fail if you have more than one verification email. Request for another verification email again and verify using the latest verification email from Grab.
We are not able to manually verify your email address. Email verification needs to be actioned by you, by clicking the link in the verification email.
