Make sure you are at the right store location as stated in T&C under My Rewards section, or contact the rewards merchant directly if you have any redemption issues.
You can show the store assistants the barcode, QR code, 4-digit PIN, or unique promo code inside your purchased rewards by tapping Use Now.
Should you have any redemption queries, contact information to our merchants can be found on their Facebook or corporate website. Our merchants might be running out of the product in your purchased reward, but you can ask if it can be redeemed in the other branches.
Purchased rewards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Let us know, after checking with the merchant, if they are not honouring your redemption or if you have suggestions for improvement.
