In History, a trip you or the driver cancelled will show as Cancelled and you will not be charged the fare.
Drivers agree to honour accepted trips and are encouraged not to cancel except in an emergency. If the driver didn't show up, try to contact your driver before cancelling and selecting Driver no show. We will use your feedback to maintain high driver quality.
If you did not tap PAY SGD 5 TO CANCEL when prompted as seen below, you have not been charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will only be incurred if you cancel 3 or more times, across a rolling 7 day period.
