A good practice would be to rate the driver’s service with your remarks immediately after the ride. This will enable us to carry out an investigation and take the appropriate action against the driver if found in violation of our Code of Conduct.
Don’t worry if you have not rated your driver. From History, you have within 72 hours after a trip has ended to rate your driver.
